Privacy & Trust

Public records, used responsibly. With controls you can actually use.

Nexa Business Intelligence is built on government open data. This page explains where the lead data comes from, how we process it, and what you can do if you want to manage or remove information about your business.

Where the data comes from

All lead data in Nexa AI Lead Finder is sourced from public records that are already published by government agencies and open-data programs. In Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, that includes:

  • City building and zoning permits
  • County health and food-facility permits
  • State business registrations
  • Public-domain website, domain, and email signals where legally available

Every source is named inside the app, and we do not purchase consumer files, scrape social profiles, or infer data about individuals. If a record is not public, we do not collect it.

How we use it

We use AI to extract, match, deduplicate, score, and draft outreach language from these public records. A human user always decides whether to contact a business, and our customers are expected to comply with all applicable telemarketing, email, and privacy laws.

We do not:

  • Sell your personal data or your business listing to third parties
  • Use the data for advertising targeting outside the product
  • Build consumer profiles or credit reports on individuals
  • Scrape private or password-protected sources

Your controls

Export your leads

You can export the leads you have generated or saved within your account at any time.

Delete your account

Request account deletion and we will remove your profile, saved searches, and connected data.

Remove your business listing

If you own a business listed in our public-record feed, you can ask us to suppress it.

Manage access

Accounts are opened by request. Team access and role assignments are reviewed before they are granted.

Security & access

The product runs on Supabase with row-level security policies, encrypted storage, and encrypted traffic in transit. Administrative routes are restricted to approved operators only, and signed-in users can only see data their role allows.

We use only the cookies and local storage required for authentication and site operation. We do not use cross-site tracking pixels or third-party analytics.

Platform Trust Center

For real-time platform evidence, security posture, and machine-readable trust metadata, visit the Trust Center. The app-owned privacy notice you are reading now complements the platform-managed evidence there.

We will post material changes to this page and update the effective date. If you have a question, a correction, or a request to remove your business listing, contact us directly.
