Managing the money side — banking, payments, taxes, credit and investing — runs on Nexa OFS. Our mission is to give every salesperson, vendor and small business owner a fair shot at reaching a business while it is still being built, not after the competition has already locked it in.

City building permits, county health permits and state business registrations, pulled from open-data portals every morning. Every source is named inside the app.
How current it is
Records refresh daily and the dashboard says outright when the last successful pull happened. If a feed breaks, you see the break instead of a stale list.
What we will not do
No purchased consumer files, no scraping social profiles, no inference about individuals, and no reselling your own connected-account data.
Coverage, stated honestly
Today the lead data covers Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. It is deep rather than wide on purpose: a territory is only worth selling if the records behind it are complete. Additional counties are added one at a time, and we will tell you which ones are live before you pay for them rather than after.
Accounts are opened by hand, one territory at a time, so the same businesses are not sold to five reps in the same county.
